Due to consumable/hygiene/wellness nature of the items sold on this website they are not returnable. However, in the event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement as applicable.
1. Go to Your Orders
2. Select the item you want to claim refund and click Claim refund.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
In the event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to buyer, the buyer shall report the same within 24 hours of the delivery of the item.
The buyer shall open the parcel to check for any damage at the time of delivery itself and in case of any damage the buyer shall report the same to the delivery person.
Note: The cost of return will be borne by the Buyer. The Company may require the buyer to return/ship the item/items to the seller's address prior to issuing refund/replacement.
